, I was hesitant but hopeful when I saw the casting, and I'm happy to say they exceeded all
Scenario
It tells the story of three very different families vying to buy the very same 1920s Spanish style villa that they think will solve all their problems.. The exterior shots of the house is similar to the same house Mitchell and Cam lived in on Modern Family.
The pacing is just right, striking a balance that fits perfectly with a drama/thriller-lite genre
expectations. The story is both deep and engaging, and I never once felt like I was being strung along.
The dialogue feels natural and helps bring the characters to life
The characters are cleverly crafted modern caricatures of the upper class in the area, and their portrayal becomes increasingly humorous as the story unfolds. The visuals are simple but effective, adding to the overall feel of the story without trying too hard..
